Guest James Roguski warns about The W.H.O. "Amendment 13A", which gives the W.H.O. head ultimate power to declare a "Public Health Emergency of International Concern" (PHEIC, pronounced fake!) and the Supreme Emperor of Health (sarcasm) could then dictate what interventions and/or treatments are to be used, and command certain Nations to produce those materials to other less fortunate Third World / developing Nations. The Third Reich also used "Public Health Emergencies" as a Trojan horse to grasp power, steal, kill and destroy.
