I haven't eaten sugar for 1 year! Incredible super energy dessert! No oven! Sugar free! You have to try this! You will definitely love the taste. 🥰

Ingredients:

100 g(3.5 oz) pitted dates
70 g(2.5 oz) pitted prunes
80 g(2.8 oz) dried apricots
45 g(1.6 oz) cranberries
45 g(1.6 oz) cranberries
50 g (1.75 oz) raisins
add cold water
50 g(1.75 oz) pumpkin seeds
70 g(2.5 oz) nuts
75 g(2.6 oz) almonds
35 g(1.2 oz) sesame seeds
20 g(~1/4 cup) rolled oats
in the freezer for 2 hours
