I need hip surgery, and I'm a retired HCW who is terrified of his own profession, to the extent I will not go under general anesthesia where I could be injured against my will, with products I don't want. These doctors are exemplary defenders of medical science the way it should be, but where I come from both medical doctors and hospital administrators profit off of the Covid diagnoses and vaccine administration. They take "bonus" pay for making a "Covid positive" diagnosis even without proving that's what you have. They get another bonus for admitting you to the hospital with that diagnosis and when they admit you to an ICU for the same diagnosis, you get another bonus and if you die with that diagnosis, your other co-morbidities notwithstanding, you get a huge bonus! The government has incentivized corrupt medical practitioners and administrators to cheat, lie, and even promote ones demise. It's disgusting, it's sick, and it's IMHO a crime. I no longer trust the medical profession because only a tiny fraction of the practitioners dare to tell the truth and stand up for the general public.
