I keep going to LAPD to file police reports about the car VANDALISMS and DEFACINGS, LAPD keeps trying to tell me I'm making a PLANET of STRANGERS hunt me since I was 5 years old daily, minute by minute in their mass WORLDWIDE Conspiracy to commit MURDER or ERADICATE operaitons.
