Notes and Tips:
• It is important to be comfortable in "not knowing" but trusting in the subtle guidance your are receiving from within! When we align with something that is for us we feel an inner "resonance" or we "light up" inside! If we are not used to the resonance feminine feeling from within it may take a little while to really FEEL that feeling clearly within- it is always there- we just were not taught to rely on it.
•The more PRESENT we are in the body and make a concentrated effort to "BEE in the moment" it is easier to flow and receive and let go of anxiety and over thinking- this is also when we start to receive UNIQUE ONE OF A KIND creative ideas and inspiration as well as beauty and fashion from The Feminine for us to create with.
•Too much media creates a little chaos in the energy and in particular the MIND energies- I have found balancing my work online with FIRM boundaries about what I'm ingesting and ample time communing with The Nature Spirits and animals to be very settling in the spirit .
•I highly recommend to get back into Fairy Tales and make a visit to the local library and open up your imagination again to The Water Spirits, The Fae, The Elementals! They can offer us much creative and beauty inspiration and help us to "re-route" our feminine essence into The Earthly Realm with less anxiety and over thinking and we can relax into the flow with The Nature Spirits and find The Earthly Realm more enjoyable as women. We can learn much about beauty from our fellow Earthly Feminine Spirits! When we ignore The Earthly Feminine Spirits we can become very disconnected to the inner feminine realms. This is commonsense- The Fae and Elementals are not "woo woo" .
