Liver & Onions with Mashed Potatoes

Done the only way my dad will eat them. Get a whole meal with liver, onions, gravy, mashed potatoes, and rolls all in one done at the same time. If you think of the liver as being dried out and tasting like a shoe, give this a try and make your liver and onions with gravy come out tasty, moist, and darn good. My Dad refuses to eat liver unless it is done this way now. My husband liked liver and onions when he tried mine. Do you need some super fast rolls to go with supper? These rolls will be done at the same time as your smothered liver and onions. If you don't like liver, well go fishing with it.
