The Obama-appointed judge in the Ray Epps case sympathized with Epps and told him he's the only J6 defendant demonized by powerful people for things he did not do. Julie Kelly tells Steve Bannon that this goes on at the same time Joe Biden refers to other J6 defendants as insurrectionists and domestic terrorists. "We are supposed to feel sympathy for Ray Epps because it is a conspiracy theory that he is some sort of government asset?" Kelly asks.
