Neuro is a special needs dog that sustained a head injury then was dumped at the shelter. The injury caused permanent brain damage, but that has never slowed him down! He is part Beagle, so he has a strong nose and always knows which presents have treats in them.

Neuro was adopted from the local SPCA on July 8, 2009 and lost his battle with cancer on November 18, 2017. Everyone who met him loved him, and he leaves a gaping hole in his family's hearts. Please adopt, don't shop, and consider giving a special needs pet a loving home. These people are so glad they did!
