Gino Jennings should have not failed in any capacity. So why did he and many others in similar circumstances.

If you learn anything from this overview learn this, casting out is just a temporary solution. Cast down is the better solution.

Another issue is that sometimes the issue is not about casting out a demon but rather healing.

Act 19:11  And El wrought special miracles by the hands of Pa’al:

Act 19:17  And this was known to all the Yahudiym and Yavaniym also dwelling at Ephesus; and fear fell on them all, and the name of Adonai Yahusha was magnified. 
Act 19:18  And many that believed came, and confessed, and showed their deeds. 
Act 19:19  Many of them also which used curious arts brought their cepheriym together, and burned them before all men: and they counted the price of them, and found it fifty thousand pieces of silver. 
Act 19:20  So mightily grew the Word of El and prevailed.
