Applications Now Being Accepted Across The State For Hometown Health Hero Awards

The Michigan Public Health Week Partnership, is looking for nominations of individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to preserve and improve their community’s health for its annual Hometown Health Hero awards.
Award recipients will be honored at a reception Wednesday, April 10, in the State Capitol Building, all part of Michigan Public Health Week.
The application can be found at Michigan.gov/mphw and must be submitted by January 31st.
