*Ingredients:*

- Fresh fish fillets
- Mustard oil
- Turmeric powder
- Red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Gram flour (besan)
- Lemon juice

*Instructions:*

1. Clean and pat dry the fish fillets.
2. Marinate the fillets with turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and a splash of lemon juice. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
