My mind it wanders, thinking just of you
Fear of knowing it couldn’t be
So plagued with the sadness, the sorrows
The daunting truth, we’re through
The pain I feel, my heart you left me bleeding
My soul is lost without you, without you I am nothing
My feelings for you I carry on
For you, my love will never die.

My submission into sweet sorrow
Brought upon the love we used to know
Your heart it’s turned to ice, so cold, your eyes like stone
You made me feel empty
I feel like wasted time
The hurt you brought upon me has made me realise
The truth, you lied, false hopes, I’m a victim of circumstance
You, I’m yet to understand.
