My eyes sewn shut to a world that's unforeseen
I miss the days of solace
Peace and love my soul
Unity is broken
And love forgotten taste

For lies now lead the way
It's peace and love I pray for
We've thrown it all to waste
Hope and trust is lost
We can never win the race.

It's too late to fix our problems
For the damage has been done
Love forgotten taste
We take it all and run.

A single voice is heard
A single voice ignored
We're stuck inside a void
A system to destroy
Money can't buy love
What is the point to war?
Violence is our weakness
And ignorance our cause
It's peace and love I pray for
We've thrown it out the door
Hope and trust is lost
Of that you can be sure.
