The bill to toll Oregon's roads was passed in during the legislative session in 2017. When HB2017 was passed it set Oregon on a path to adopt tolling. As of now tolling is being considered on I-205 as well as the I-5 bridge. A few notes on who voted FOR the tolling. Governor Kotek, when she was Speaker of the House, as well as Dan Rayfield who is now Speaker of the House. Also James Manning & Elizabeth Stenier who are running for the Secretary of State's Office also voted for it. Also Cliff Bentz who is NOW a congressional member for CD2 voted for it as an Oregon Representative.

There is also an initiative petition to STOP the tolls and REQUIRE a vote of the citizens before any tolls happen in Oregon. The website IP4 has all of the information to download the petition and who to contact.
