The Proud Family Louder & Prouder: Mr. Chips Moments Season 1 & 2 - The Nostalgia Guy

Mr. Chips is the leader of many monkeys that work at the Proud Snax factory illegally. He often acts as Oscar's side-kick doing chores around the factory and at the Proud house usually involving something Proud Snax related. He often resents how Oscar barks orders at him, but usually complies and remains loyal. In the episode Monkey Business, he accidentally gets swapped out for another monkey belonging to the famous singer/actress Mariah Carey and briefly goes on an adventure of fame and fortune before being reunited with Oscar and returning to his duties at Proud Snax. Mr. Chips was once caught driving with a fake driver's license as a driver for Penny's "Get In" business venture, appointed by Oscar without the former's approval. This incident single-handedly sunk the company into bankruptcy and as a result, Oscar was arrested and booked in the Smith County Jail for fraud and reckless endangerment of an animal. Fortunately for Oscar, the charges were dropped and he resumed his normal life.
