R.O.T.O.R. From 1987 is pretty much a RoboCop rip off, but if RoboCop was bad.
Bad is a good word to use to describe a lot of this:
The acting, editing, skip from light to day time in a split second, over dubbing and everything in between.
Is it so bad it's fun though?
