Does A True Church Exist Today?

In the Biblical ancient time, God chose Israel to be his people out of many existing nations who are living with them until the coming of the messiah in the person of Jesus Christ , the fulfillment of many prophecies regarding the promised redeemer. At his time, he build, administer and propagate his church to continue God`s election. However our problem today is how to find that group of people who are God`s nation because there are so many groups or religion claiming they are the ones.
