Mr. Faddis led the first CIA team into Iraq in advance of the 2003 invasion of that country. He also served as head of the Agency's Counter Terrorism Center's Weapons of Mass Destruction Unit.

Mr. Faddis has been involved with the U.S. Intelligence Community at the highest levels of government, and is the author of "Beyond Repair: The Decline And Fall Of The CIA."

Mr. Faddis shares his insights into how and why the CIA has deviated from it's original and vital mission, and if it can be can be salvaged and rebuilt.
