Affirmation of Policies

Two of my policy proposals have already been affirmed as viable.
On energy and environment, I proposed research into sodium ion batteries.
China is now mass producing them.
On housing, limit how many homes can be owned by hedge funds.
There is a bill in Congress to do just that.
