Red kneck Cast-iron pan pizza

ingredients are:
*Tortilla
*butter
*tomatoe sauce
*Italian seasoning
*minced garlic
*parmasan cheese
*pepperoni

Melt a couple of slices of butter in the pan and coat the whole pan with it. Then slather that tortilla with sauce. load it with pepperoni and cheese or what ever toppings you want and bake that bad boy at 420 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. at least till the crust looks brown.

let it sit for a couple minutes, then slice it up and enjoy!
