Colorado OTC Throwback 2018

Flashback to 2018 on my first successful elk hunt, we drove nearly 24 hours twice, hiked multiple mountains, camped where we ended the day, and completely unguided we managed to get a bull under 30 yards, my first time ever going to Colorado, for a boy from Indiana, that's usually just a dream, my dream was made reality when I released my arrow, like thread through the eye of a needle, my arrow passed through the only shooting lane available, estimated 25-30 yards, my arrow made contact with the bull in what most hunters would call the 10 ring, the emotions that come over a 27 year old outdoorsman when a dream is realized, and the meat is about to feed his family for a full trip around the sun, words can't describe, I hope you enjoy my journey, I hope to do it again one day.
