Episode 40: Beneficial Ownership Information

This episode examines Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI), which has been rolled out by FINCEN based on the Corporate Transparency Act. BOI is being rolled out in three parts. The first part, which is the collection of information, is already live. The second part is about to be put into effect and the third party is yet to be rolled out. Existing companies must register by January 1, 2025. Companies that are created in 2024 have 90 days to register.
