I outline the course and why organizational culture matters for your change management. We are in a time where change is not only constant, it is happening quickly, mostly due to technology. Much of the change we are experiencing is out of our control. We can take the reigns with this process by digging deep, establishing roots of healthy values and accomplishing tasks with applying virtues. We explain the concepts in this introductory lecture.
