A true prophet of God is not even supposed to be affected by sorcery in the first place. The Bible says that the servants of the true God will not come under demonic control such as sorcery or magic because of the protection of God over them
Numbers 23:23: “There is no sorcery against Jacob. Nor any magic that can harm Israel.”
