More and more I'm seeing videos of police officers pulling over American Nationals and violating their rights. I would not have been as aggressive as this man, and he had no business threatening a gunfight. But the law was on his side. The reason the police officer kept coming back to would you please step out of your vehicle. That vehicle is private property just like your home is private property. The minute you step out that vehicle or the minute you step over the threshold of your home you become part of public domain. You are no longer protected in your private property because you were in public now.
