Is it really worth working in the CLT system? ??
One of those responsible for this idea and implementation of the work card was the dictator Mussolini of Italy, who himself had said that we would need to have social control and mass maneuver over the proletariats "initially it started only with factory floor workers"! Those who were aligned with the system of Fascism and Nazism, who liked it and found it an opportunity to control society, which they brought to our Brazil. the other authoritarian Getúlio Vargas was the dictator.

If you reflect on the work that is in this CLT system and do the math, you will observe and confirm that, just like the short video "SHORT" above, it is not worth working in a formal CLT contract!! !!

And as an authoritarian system and dictators, we are forced to continue in this perverse system, both for the entrepreneur and the employee. The correct and fair thing would be to let the employee decide, have their freedom of choice respected, the free will of wanting to continue in CLT or in another system without CLT that would earn more!? ! ?

unfortunately, like the State/Government, there are other bodies that benefit from the CLT system, both in monetary terms, and the main one where social control all began, and this body is the unions.

Será mesmo que vale apena trabalhar no sistema CLT?? ??
Um dos responsáveis dessa ideia e implantação da carteira de trabalho foi o ditador Mussolini da Itália, que o próprio tinha dito que precisaríamos ter um controle social e massa de manobra em cima dos proletariados "inicio começou só com os trabalhadores de piso de fabrica"! Sendo que quem era alinhado ao sistema do Fascismo e Nazismo, que gostou e achou uma oportunidade de controle da sociedade, que trouxe para nosso Brasil. foi o outro autoritário Getúlio Vargas o ditador.

Se o trabalho que está nesse sistema CLT, refletirem e fazerem as contas, observará e confirmara que assim como o vídeo curto "SHORT" acima, que não vale apena trabalhar em carteira assinada CLT!! !!

E como um sistema autoritário e ditadores, somos obrigados a continuar nesse sistema perverso, tanto para o empreendedor, quanto para o empregado. O correto e justo, seria deixar o empregado a decidir, ter a sua liberdade de escolha respeitado, o livre arbitro de querer continuar em CLT ou em outro sistema sem CLT que ganharia mais!? ! ?

infelizmente, como o Estado/Governo, há outros órgãos que ganha em cima do sistema CLT, tanto em monetário, quanto o principal onde tudo começou o controle social, e esse órgão é os sindicatos.
