Have we gone mental?

When someone has “gone mental” it means they’ve gone crazy, NOT that they are enlightened.

Consciousness comes from the experiences of life, and the emotions we felt from those experiences, that in-form our mind.

When we change what we experience and how we feel, the mind follows suit.

The word “enlightened” denotes that is a light found within, not from knowledge from the outside; Stop fooling yourself into thinking that more knowledge in that beautiful mind of yours is the same as being enlightened.

To be enlightened is to be able to shine your light in every part of you to understand the totality of who you are, and then LIVE IT!
