Chennai is plagued by the terror of a psycho killer. Up until Arjun and Andrew join, people's trust in the police is eroding. With a troubled past, Arjun reveals details about the murderer. They apprehend him, but he gets away, and mayhem breaks out. Arjun becomes daring after losing both Andrew and his love interest, and he then sets out to defeat the murderers.
