This video highlights solutions to those who have taken any sort of Covid-19 injection. These supplements and recommendations (not medical advice) can also help people who have been infected by the virus. For the full list of supplements/medications that I recommend (not medically) see below:

- Ivermectin
- Quercetin
- Bromelain
- Nattokinase
- Serrapeptase
- Vitamin D3
- Calcium
- Magnesium
- Omega-3
- N-Acetyl Cysteine
- L-Theanine
- Lion's Mane
- Bifidobacteria

Ivermectin can help detox and bind Spike protein. Quercetin also has preventative effects and can inhibit viral replication of Covid-19. Bromelain will clear and remove Spike protein by enzymatic processes.

Nattokinase is an enzymatic natural blood thinner that removes blood clots and helps prevent dementia in the East-Asian population as a common food; some research shows these clear the amyloid blood clots found in corpses of the vaccinated or Covid-19 infected. Serrapeptase also has a similar effect to Nattokinase.

Vitamin D3 is an essential nutrient for bone development and strength. There is proven by scientific research and is conclusive in supporting the efficacy of Vitamin D3 to protect against Covid-19. Calcium is recommended to take with Vitamin D3 as well as K2 to support bone structure. Vitamin B12 can also help to support the nervous system.

Magnesium can also support the musculoskeletal system. Omega-3 is beneficial for cognition and heart health. N-Acetyl Cysteine can provide liver cleansing and beneficial effects; it is used for acetaminophen overdoses.

Various anti-inflammatory medications can also help but be careful of the side effects. L-Theanine and Lion's Mane are also able to promote cognitive effects for those suffering from cognitive decline.

Bifidobacteria can stimulate the destroyed immune system from the injections.

FOR SLEEP:
Many people experience sleepless nights as an effect of the injections. If you are experiencing I recommend as a first line treatment to trial Ashwagandha. If this doesn't work try Melatonin. If this doesn't work then as a last resort I recommend contacting your doctor and seeking a benzodiazepine or sleeping medication. Avoid antipsychotics and mood stabilizers. This is my personal advice and not medical advice under any circumstances.
