1 1/4 cups flour
1 egg yolk
2-3 T ice water

For filling:

1 1/2 cup sugar
3 T cocoa
2 eggs
5 oz. evaporated milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla

For peanut butter cream:

1 stick soft butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1/8 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
