Budgie lays an egg

I saw her looking very weak, leaning against the little mirror I had in the aviary so I got her and let her lay an egg on my bed. I guess those "nest boxes" didn't work (but they sure have fun tearing it up). She didn't incubate the egg, she sees as a strange object and flies away when I show her.
