Ingredients for rolls:

1 1/2 C Milk
3 T Butter
4 T Lard
3 T Honey or Sugar
5 C Bread Flour
1/3 C Sugar
2 tsp. Salt
2 1/4 tsp. Yeast

for egg wash, mix one egg with two or three tablespoons of water
