What do we do now? A sermon for the awakened

We have reached peak cultural iatrogenesis, a textbook idiocracy, with mob bosses. No decent person can thrive in this cesspool. More importantly, it is impossible to sustain healthy communities in this toxic dump.

What do humans that still want some semblance of healthiness, happiness, and holiness in their lives do now? How do they escape the corruption in the government systems, the resulting un-health in our environments, and the parasites in the idiocracy?
