"I've been through a big tragedy. Apart from my monastery, which I've been building for years, being destroyed, my mum was killed in the monastery grounds. She was walking when a shell landed five metres from her and, she died instantly," recalls Sister Mariamna, Resident Nun of St. Nicholas Convent of Dormition.
