Oblivious Truck Drags Patio Heaters

Info from Licensor: "While on my way home from work I found myself having to swerve to avoid hitting a fallen patio heater in the middle of the road. I thought to myself how did this get here like this? Fast forward a few seconds later when I reach the next light, I see a pickup truck in front of me with another patio heater being dragged on the asphalt. I started honking and throwing high beam lights, the cars next to me were all honking as well but the car didn't notice and just drove on, I followed him while honking and high beaming him; meanwhile, the heater was still being dragged, sparks flying, the top hat being destroyed. After a lot of trying to warn them, they finally noticed and pulled over."
