Amos Miller Amish Farm Raided By Pennsylvania Government For Supplying Food

Amos Miller Amish Farm was raided and their food was confiscated by the Pennsylvania government. This raid was served a search warrant to confiscate the foods produced by the Amish Farmer Amos Miller.

It appears that the state police and other officials violated strict chain of custody laws that are designed to protect the integrity of evidence in a civil or criminal proceeding.

We can see in the small amount of video where there are several significant violations of chain of custody that the Amos Miller Farm could use as a defense against the unconstitutional raid.

During the video a reporter for the Lancaster Patriot was allowed to walk into the facility and up to evidence that had not been secured with official chain of custody seals. These containers could had been tampered with at any time by the reporter or anyone else. You can see during the video that everyone in the room has their back to the containers. We have no idea for how long and who else was able to touch those containers during these periods of custodial protection. We have to assume that there was ample possibilities for anyone to contaminate the contents of those containers.

We also identified that at least 3 of the containers may have violated the food and drug requirements on perishables laws when collecting evidence that is perishable. Additionally, we can see that none of the coolers were sealed when they left the building and we also see them being put in the back of vehicles without those seals. They cannot prove at this point that the contents of those containers were not tampered with once they left the scene. These violations of chain of custody laws make all of the evidence inadmissible in court and must be thrown out.

Even though there may have been chain of custody within the coolers but no seals on the outside there was still an opportunity for a bad actor to tamper, add, remove change contents within the coolers so the Prosecution cannot use this arguement to try and protect chain of custody in this matter.

Talk About News wants to thank Doug and Stacy for their patriotism to our United States of American and shedding critical light on this story so WE THE PEOPLE can help these farmers to continue to grow food for all of us.
