Emergency warming shelters open in Milwaukee as bitter cold bears down

A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect for all of Southeast Wisconsin until noon Wednesday.  Temperatures have dipped below zero this morning with wind chills as low as -25.  This can be dangerously cold.  A hat, gloves, and several layers are a must if you plan on spending any time outside.   A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect for all of Southeast Wisconsin until noon Wednesday.  Temperatures have dipped below zero this morning with wind chills as low as -25.  This can be dangerously cold.  A hat, gloves, and several layers are a must if you plan on spending any time outside.   A wind chill advisory is in effect for SE Wisconsin until Wednesday, December 27th. With temperatures dropping dangerously low, emergency warming centers are opening up in Milwaukee County.
