What lies ahead is only more frightening, and only has more power, if we don't stand up to it. If you are silenced by some, then find a way to speak that removes their ability to silence you. Write it instead. Share it to those who are able to listen. Turn your forced silence into a protest. In some way, make sure your dissidence is understood. Even silence can be loud.
