Minnesota Police to Test Oral Drug Tests During Stops, Plan to Use to Increase DUIs In Future

Minnesota police departments are testing a new oral swab drug test that can be administered and run in the field with the intent of using it in the future to increase their number of DUIs with people who aren’t even intoxicated. The test tests for prior use not intoxication but this is not stopping them of course.

In this video, we take a look the state of Minnesota trying to find a new way to increase their DUIs so they can in turn increase their influx of road pirate funds.
