How to improve the outflow of lymph and blood from the legs and avoid thrombophlebitis.
4 exercises to improve blood and lymph flow. The exercises should be performed slowly, without feeling pain, but with a pleasant pull.
Start the 1st exercise by doing 30 times, and after the first week you can gradually increase the number of repetitions and reach 100.
For exercise 2, start with 10 reps and gradually work your way up to 30.
3rd exercise: stand on your heels, counting to 5, then lower yourself. (same as 2nd) from 10 to 30 repetitions.
4th exercise. It is for warming up the joints of the legs and for relaxing them after the first three exercises.
