Spicy Chicken Soup: A Rich & Savory Delight

Hot Sauce Ingredients - creates 16 -18 oz (473 -532 ml) or 2.21 cups

2-3 dried habanero peppers
3-4 fresh habanero peppers
1 jalapeno pepper
1 bulb of garlic
1 shallot
1 small or half a large sweet onion
A small bunch of cilantro
3 stalks of green onions
1 sweet red pepper
1 sweet orange, yellow, or green pepper

Note: Sauce mixture can be refrigerated for up to 4 weeks. Add 1 teaspoon of honey, white wine vinegar or lime juice, and salt to enhance the flavor.

Ingredients Used - Serving for 12 -14

4 lbs of Chicken - cut into small cubes - Cook before adding to the soup
1 diced carrot
3-4 diced celery stalks
2 tablespoons of the hot sauce mixture
6 teaspoons of chicken soup base or mix - follow the directions on the package
¼ cup of butter
1 chopped shallot
1 chopped sweet onion
1 bulb of garlic chopped
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 cup of salsa
1 can of corn
1 can of beans
2 lbs of cubed potatoes
8-10 cups of water
