Audit : Calgary Fire Department Fire Training Academy and Multi-Agency Training Centre

The site contains two major buildings, at 5727 and 5705 23 Ave., SE, as well as a number of other facilities designed to provide safe, controlled training opportunities for firefighters, technical rescue teams, and other emergency services agencies.

Training exercises are conducted year-round and include training in high-angle (rope) rescue, water rescue, vehicle extrication techniques, structural collapse and confined space rescue, and of course, fire extinguisher and internal search and rescue training.
