January 6 political prisoner Jake Lang says that, for the fourth time, his trial has been rescheduled, this time to Sept. 9, 2024. That will be three years and nine months after he was arrested and how long he's remained incarcerated without a trial. "If I was a Democrat or storming into the Capitol in the name of Palestinian justice, then I would have been let out the same day and given a disorderly conduct [charge], and an $80 fine, but because we are Trump supporters, because we stick by the principles of the Constitution, they are coming after us," Lang said.
