The inner temple is something that I learned years ago while reading my first Phillip Cooper book that I obtained. After reading the exercise I immediately began going into my inner temple and before I knew it, I was doing it a few times a week for anywhere from 30 mins to 3 or more hours a session. I have taken this exercise beyond its normal " typical " usage and have intimately weaved it into my life. The inner temple is the sanctuary of my mind, my own personal fortress of solitude.
