The full body relaxation exercise. This is a very important part of my practice/health regimen and I think that everybody should be doing this exercise at a bare minimum of once a week. This exercise will teach you how to actually relax your body and mind simultaneously. There is no more time for relaxation techniques, meditations, and exercise courses that do not work. Enough is enough. This simple and directly to the point video will teach you how to finally take your tachometer out of the red-line and return to baseline. Overtime this exercise will show you first hand just how much of an influence your mind has over your body and how over the duration of your life, you have programmed your cells, muscles, organs and tissues with stress, worry, anxiety, frustration, etc that was generated in your mind. The mind is the operating system and the body is the hardware. The programs in your mind that you install and operate dictate the health and function-ability of the hardware. You can think of your body as a piece of clay and your mind is the sculpture who decides how the clay is sculpted. Don't be a dangerous artist. Re-establish power of your mind so that you can sculpt your life the way you desire it to be. There is no more time to allow stress and tension to steer the ship of the boat of your life! In 1976 the US public health department said that only 1 & 1/2 percent of all Americans were actually healthy. That was 46 years ago! Since then, the health has been on a steady decline, and it honestly would not shock me if nowadays less that 1/2 percent of the American population were TRULY healthy.
