Billy Sims registered his fourth 100-yard game of the season, gaining 155 yards and scoring both Lion touchdowns on 28 carries. Detroit muscled its way to 231 yards rushing, but the passing game folded at crucial times. Gary Danielson suffered two costly interceptions as the team was held to just 91 yards in net passing.
