Ingredients:

135 g(1+1/2 cup) rolled oats
a pinch of salt
3 tbsp mix seeds
300 ml kefir(1+1/4 cup)/ or yogurt
1 medium or large egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
seeds for decoration
bake 30-35 minutes at 180°C /360°F
20 x 10 cm/ 8 x 4 inches baking form
