Japan Airlines pilots fail to see coast guard plane while descending on runway –report

The pilots of the Japan Airlines jetliner, involved in a collision with a Japan coast guard aircraft at Haneda Airport in Tokyo, have stated that they did not see the coast guard plane while touching down on the runway.
