An abandoned pit bull was found in a homeless camp near a heavily congested freeway in Los Angeles. Shara Platt, a Karma Rescue volunteer, started seeing a black and white pit bull whenever she walked along this route. The dog usually lay on a pile of old clothes or sat next to a beggar in a corner.
