Dr. Goonan believes in a kind approach and policies to include parental rights. "This is about helping to understand young people who are experiencing distress and exploring their biological gender.

We need a therapeutic approach and family support."

Dr. Goonan refers to the Scandinavian countries who were in the forefront of gender transitioning and have reliable statistics. These countries are now pointing out the dangers of transitioning such as the false narrative of suicide. Meanwhile the US and many schools are advocates for transitioning which endangers our children.

Dr Goonan also addressed the phenomenon of "Rapid Onset " with young girls.
